Our Business

GAMSI’s organization is composed of professional managers, technical and non-technical staff with well-rounded experience and exposure in their respective fields of specialization. Field operations are supervised by experienced and skilled supervisors. Recruitment and hiring of field personnel are administered through rigid screening standards both on theoretical and practical aspects of the job. On-the-job-training is being conducted from time to time to update field personnel on the latest methodologies and techniques.

GAMSI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gulf Asia International Corporation (GAIC). GAIC is duly licensed and authorized by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration as a Private Employment Agency to recruit, hire and dispatch workers for overseas employment. GAIC in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of EEI Corporation, one of the biggest construction companies in the Philippines.

Legally Compliant

Our company complies with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to our contracted work including but not limited to the Minimum Wage Law, Eight hour Labor Law, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and the like. Thus, the client is freed from any worry or concern about possible problems due to a non- compliant contractor. GAMSI is also fully compliant with the requirements for legitimate contracting and is not therefore engaged in labor-only  contracting, to wit:

  • Our Company has substantial capital or investment. We have continuously posted profitable performance during the last twenty- three (23) years inspite of the economic downtum.
  • Our Company is an independent contractor who undertakes to perform the job on its own account and under its own responsibility and control in all matters connected with the performance of the work except as to the result thereof.
  • Our Company is registered under DOLE 174 and has been issued certificates of compliance on General Labor Supply (GLS) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).

Our manpower is composed of honest and hardworking personnel with adequate knowledge of the job. They undergo rigorous interviews, pre- employment evaluation and training before they are hired.

Quality Services

To ensure quality service, we conduct periodic inspection of the performance of our personnel and closely coordinate with the client on areas for improvement.

Economy

You pay only for the actual hours of work rendered by our service personnel. Necessary cleaning equipment and supplies are for our account while water and electricity shall be made available by client free of charge for the satisfactory performance of the service.

Employee Employer Relationship is our responsibility.

Employer- employee relationship is between our company and personnel. Hence, employee grievances and counseling, records keeping, payroll services; employee orientation and administration shall be our responsibility.
